Descending Tips
Speed Descending Method (Recommended)
Gear: Gold Pickaxe + Obsidian Edge + Bombsร50 + Saladร10
Strategy: Enter floor โ Scan for ore โ No ore? Drop bombs to find hole/ladder โ Next floor
Goal: No more than 30 seconds per floor
Result: About 2-3 in-game hours from floor 1 to 120
Mining Descending Method (When resources are low)
Gear: Copper/Iron Pickaxe + Basic Sword + Foodร10
Strategy: Enter floor โ Collect visible ore โ Find ladder โ Next floor
Goal: Collect resources while descending
Best for: Early game when lacking copper/iron
Bomb Descending Method (Late game, fast)
Gear: Gold/Iridium Pickaxe + Galaxy Sword + Bombsร200 + Coffeeร5
Strategy: Enter floor โ Drop bombs in the middle โ Find hole โ Next floor
Goal: 10 seconds per floor
Best for: Specifically looking for iridium/treasure chests

Winter Mining Special Strategy
Winter is the best time to rush the mines โ since you can't plant outdoors, you can spend all day in the mines:
Recommended winter schedule:
6:00 Wake up, harvest greenhouse
6:30 Head straight to the mines
6:30-13:00 Descend (bring food + bombs)
13:00-17:00 Collect ore + geodes
17:00-18:00 Gather obsidian near mine entrance
18:00-19:00 Go home and sell goods
19:00-22:00 Smelt ore + processing
Winter mining goal: Reach floor 120 before the end of your first winter, unlocking the Obsidian Edge + all elevators.
